This app is a companion to any of the four service industry database solutions offered by ICT Solutions and is designed to deliver essential customer information, work orders, equipment information and time keeping to field employees.
Specifically it provides:
Customer Contact Information includes name, address, phone numbers, email, primary contact, site specific information, equipment locations and specifications and directional mapping from the employee’s current location to their next destination.
Mobile Work Orders include customer specific work instructions, work completed on site, equipment location and specification, inventory usage, additional purchases and work order clocking.
Company Time Keeping: Permits an employee to clock-in and out of company time remotely.
